Before we bought the System 50 limescale eliminator we were planning to buy a new shower system, as during the winter we were having difficulty getting the water hot. We fitted the limescale eliminator, and a year later, we still have the same shower, and the water is piping hot. The water in our area is very hard, and it took a few months to clear the scale from the system, but now we are reaping the benefits of the limescale eliminator...........The other thing that has made a big difference is the water filter. For years I have not been able to drink water without recoiling from smell of the additives, now I am actually enjoying drinking it.

I purchased a " Complete House Water System 540 " at the B.I.C. Bournemouth on 5th Sept. 99. I then installed the system with ease and we have been delighted with the results. The water softener has brought about dramatic improvements. Most noticeably is that the water is now completely free from any lime scale. any residue left around the washbasin or bath, taps are also cleaner and the water runs freely. We purchased a full System 540 at the Good Homes and Gardens Exhibition on 25th June 1999. We were told that we should wait around 2-3 months before seeing any marked change in the softening of the water supply. Well, I can inform you we are very pleased with the results so far. I need less detergents, cleaner etc and have no build up now of hardness around the kettles and hardly use any fabric softener in washes. Also drinking water taseds far better.

After installing the water softener plus filter, the drinking water is excellent and a pleasure to drink. The performance of the water softener has also surpassed my wildest dreams. There is no trace of hardness whatsoever. No conditioner is required for washing hair. My wife also insists that some of her skin complaints have cleared. It is now six weeks since we fitted the Full Descaling System that we purchased from you at the Ideal Home Exhibition. I am writing to tell you how pleased we are with this system, and have already noticed quite a difference in the softness of the water. It is now six weeks since I fitted your System 50 . I was slightly sceptical of your claims at first but I must admit to a noticeable change in water quality. The washed clothes are softer and we have watched the lime scale disappear from the kettle element. If you remember my chief concern was a noisy central heating boiler. That has already quietened and is now at a satisfactory level and the efficiency certainly seems to have improved. I now have complete confidence in the system.

We have been using the System 40 Water Filter for the past month. It took just forty five minutes to fit the complete system, including fitting the tap. I have found that a great burden has lifted from our household, no more messing about with awkward jugs and calculating the number of fills! This must be how it felt when our forefathers stopped using the well and the pump! My four year old daughter can use the system without fear of spillage and can therefore make her own drinks. The taste of the water remains as high a quality as from the filter jugs, but gains that added chilled factor the mains supply has, this has been of great benefit during the recent hot spell. We have also been using filtered water more in food preparation, where before there never seemed to be enough jug filtered water. The whole family are thrilled with the system and we have personally recommended it to our friends. The cost of installation will roughly equal the cost of buying replacement filters (and the odd jug) over the next three years, after that we will be saving about thirty pounds a year.
